During our engagements with our Customers we learnt that our customers benefit the maximum from network resources between 6 am to 11 pm.
Thus, we have conceptualised and organized our resources to aim at delivering 100% uptime on our state of the art network of towers between 6 am to 11 pm. Our O&M partner GTL Limited play a vital role by standing with us in this endeavour and backing us with their service excellence.
“100% uptime between 6-11” project is an ambitious step and calls for service delivery, even beyond contractual terms in some cases. We are confident that with the passionate commitment of our people, backed by our management and our O&M partner, GTL Infra will be able to delight its customers.
Our “100% uptime between 6-11” project is launched in NESA, Karnataka and Delhi. Its gradually being extended to other circles. Our Telecom Operators customers in the circle have appreciated our commitment towards their success.
